Refund policy

We do accept Returns & Exchanges. Return & Exchange requests may be submitted via email to rusty-roots@outlook.com. All return & exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit excluding shipping costs. Exchanges will be honored for in stock product only. All product must be in new, unused condition with tags still attached. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. All sale items are FINAL sale.
