Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of when the order was placed. Once items have shipped you will receive notification via email and/or text. Holidays are not considered business days.

Rusty Roots or Ginger & Spice is not responsible for packages once they leave our possession. Once a package has been scanned in at the post office, the liability becomes that of the post office. If a package were to come up missing you would have to file a claim with the post office at this point.
